Voting at state, federal and local council elections is compulsory in Australia and an important part of the democratic process.
Enrolling to vote allows you to engage with government state, federal and local levels and to take part in selecting your representatives at each level.
It’s also important to make sure your enrolment is up to date and that you’re registered to vote at your current residential address.
