When legislation is considered by the Legislative Council, part of the process is often scrutiny of the Bill in what is termed the Committee stage. At this point, members have the opportunity to ask detailed questions on specific clauses.  With limited time available, I managed to ask a few questions on the budget, which you might like to view to see how the process works in the chamber.  Other opportunities arise (and will be utilised) through question time, constituency questions and adjournments to seek information on budget items.
